While the components of this bench are made of good quality steel which should make it a really strong piece of furniture I realised when trying to put it together the whole weight of the bench seat, & back, is only held in place in the main frame by 4 screws (2 each side), screwed into the frame, to keep it in place. There is nothing else for the seat to rest on, so it is only as strong as the 4 screws holding it. It seems like a very badly designed product. It is bound to fail once you have a few people sitting on it. I have returned for a refund & would not buy again unless it has a redesign. Certainly not worth the money, even though I bought it on offer.
