        Impossible to replace glass

        While the lamp is beautiful once you break the glass you cannot order a replacement. I have sadly broken the glass globe and contacted La Redoute to help with ordering of the replacement glass globe (it comes packed in a separate box and you have to assemble it when you get your lamp delivered). I have been told that's not possible , that they can't contact supplier, cant put me in touch with anyone and that the only way for me to replace a glass part it by ordering a whole new lamp. I find this exceptionally unhelpful and irrational approach for a furniture retailer. Disappointing experience with customer team lacking any problem solving attitude.

        Horrible ugly lamp with dreadful marble base

        So upset with this purchase . It took weeks to arrive . The marble base we actually all thought was scored up and broken .. but as a smooth surface it is supposed to look like that . Please see pictures !! The actual lamp is also very ugly shape . When I turned it into position it shattered .. hence a nigtmare cleaning the shards . It actually is a prettier shape broken . No idea how to return as so heavy .

        Great arch floor lamp

        The lamp is as it appears in pictures, but it is difficult to imagine the dimension until you assemble it. Anyway, the published measures are correct, and it is slightly adjustable. The only annoying thing is that it comes packed in SO MUCH polysteryne it is very difficult to clean and dispose of.

        Joli lampadaire moderne

        Le lampadaire est sympa, moderne. Petit souci:.les éléments de la tige ne s'emboîtent pas, il a fallu limer une partie pour les assembler. Il aurait été bien aussi que le lampadaire ait un dimer pour moduler la lumière .
