Overall, it's a decent backpack, but there are a few drawbacks. The carabiner that secures the top part seems to stretch constantly, which might affect the backpack's integrity over time. Additionally, the straps are quite wide, which might not be comfortable for everyone.

The bag is made with high-quality materials, and the zippers have worked well all the time. I've been using it for 3 years.

It has two main problems:

1) The side pocket: if you have a slightly larger bottle, it doesn’t fit. If the backpack is already full, it’s impossible to put anything else in that pocket.

2) I’m not sure if others have the same issue, but I can’t use the backpack for more than 15 minutes without my back getting completely sweaty. I’ve never had this problem with other backpacks, but with this one, it’s impossible to avoid. I don’t know if it’s due to the materials or the design, but I always end up with a very sweaty back.

Great lightweight bag, comfortable to wear but the zipper on the bag is not great. You have to squeeze the zipper area to try to get the bag zipped.

The hoops where the top flap latches are too loose and it constantly unlatches. Also the zipper for the top/main compartment frequently catches on the bags material, making it impossible to open. I have had the bag for a week and am already looking for replacement. Very disappointing buy!

Comfortable backpack, I use it for work and it's held up amazingly well. The only issue I have is with the main compartment zipper getting jammed.

I was really happy with this product when I first purchased it. My previous hiking back I purchased from them is still going strong after 10 years of use.

However I would not recommend this product. As others have also experienced the interior lining has started delaminated after just one year of use. Really disappointing from a brand that prides itself on sustainability....

Had mine a couple of months and I love it. I can get everything I need in and so comfortable too.

Very useful, light and a lot of space for such a little backpack.

Good material.

One issue is zipper, when fully opened it get stuck, also it is impossible to close the zipper with one hand.

I solved the issue by making a block few centimeters from end, so the zipper cannot be moved to the far opened position.
